Ingredients
1 Bosc pear, halved and cored, divided
1/2 cup dried sweetened cranberries, divided
1 cup red grapes, divided
1 cup Cheddar cheese cubes
1 cup unsweetened dried apricots
2/3 cup roasted salted shelled pistachios
1 cup snap peas
1 cup sharp white Cheddar cheese cracker cuts
2 cups woven shredded wheat crackers
2 cups baby carrots
2 cups round snack crackers
Directions

1. On 14-inch round cutting board, place 1 pear half, cut side down, on far right side for turkey "body." For "beak," cut a thin slice from remaining pear half. Place remaining pear half, cut side down, above turkey "body" with narrow end facing right for turkey "head"; place "beak" under narrow end of "head." For "eye," place 1 small dried cranberry on pear "head"; for wattle, place 1 grape below "beak" of turkey "head."

 

2. To build "turkey feathers," pile Cheddar cheese cubes to the left of the "body"; create a border around the cheese with apricots, then remaining grapes. Starting on left side of board, arrange pistachios and remaining cranberries in half circle; top with snap peas, spaced 1/2 inch apart. Fan white Cheddar cheese slightly overlapping snap peas, followed by wheat crackers, carrots and round crackers.
